Pinal County, AZ – Bryan Soller, President of the Arizona State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, announced that group’s endorsement of Paul Babeu for Pinal County Sheriff.

The Arizona Fraternal Order of Police has over 6,500 members across the state of Arizona and is the largest law enforcement organization in the state. It represents the interests of the police officers who put their lives on the line for the citizens of Arizona on a daily basis.

This endorsement is awarded to Paul Babeu because the members of the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police believe it is time for a change in the Pinal County Sheriff’s office,” Soller said. “We believe that Paul is the best candidate to accomplish the many varied problems facing the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office and the citizens they serve. The Arizona Fraternal Order of Police fully support and back Paul Babeu in his bid for Pinal County Sheriff.”

Babeu said he welcomed the support of Arizona’s largest police organization. “It’s an honor to receive the endorsement of the Fraternal Order of Police,” Babeu said. “As Sheriff, I will provide deputies and detention officers with the tools they need to do their jobs in a safe and productive manner and keep our citizens safe from crime.”

In addition to this latest endorsement, the Arizona Police Association, Arizona Highway Patrol Association, US Border Patrol Council, Maricopa Police Association, Maricopa Fire, Apache Junction/Gold Canyon Fire, and the Gila River Fire Association have also endorsed Babeu.
